Course overview
Gunung Geulis Country Club is a spectacular 36-hole golf course in the Bogor Mountains, 50 kilometers from the center of Jakarta. Located on 450 hectares and more than 400 meters above sea level, the course benefits from fresh air and great views of the ocean. Australian golf course architects, Thomson, Wolveridge and Perret designed both the West and East courses. The West Course measures 6,075 meters and requires thoughtful club selection to score well. The East Course plays to 6,065 meters and follows the contours of the land, making it a hilly course requiring a golf cart. Every hole on the course has spectacular views and offers its own unique challenge. Doglegs, sand traps, water, trees and waste areas come into play throughout the course. The clubhouse with its iconic circular, blue roof, was designed by Australian architect, Kym Hughes. Gunung Geulis is a popular choice for golfers wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of Jakarta. Book this course through Indonesian Golf Holidays, or let us add it to a personalized Indonesian Golf package for you and your group.
